yesh, It's the dead Marowak mother in the pokemon tower on the top floor, she was killed by Team Rocket long time ago and her soul isn't able to find rest because she's just too angry, poor thing.
So yeah, I decided to sketch her, it doesn't really look like this in the game, of course, but I sure think it would've looked like this if it were real. c: the Pokemon tower still gives me the creeps ._. especially when I saw the pokemon tower in the pokemon manga.. ugh.
it looks like a mess because I can't find the patience to colour it in a better way, and I made it in like.. 17 minutes? .-.
I'm also working on a paint version of the Marowak ghost, I might upload that one too, later.
